Wow! This is AWSOME!! But the editor is much harder to use than SeriousEditor1. You can also make your own enemies, projectiles, veicles, and models. Rating 5000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, the patch hasn't fixed all known issues out of SS2:
The netcode of SS2 still makes Coop matches over Internet sometimes unplayable, because it lags more often than you like it.
And, the tutorials aren't really helpful. Some steps described in the tutorial are badly written, so that sometimes nobody knows what to do. Flaws are also included (Crumbs, Door tuts).
And, the patch hasn't fixed random application crashes, even if there shouldn't be anything what causes crashes.
Plus, this patch has made playing the game on Laptops using the Intel i945 GM integrated graphics chipset UNPLAYABLE. The screen stays grey, you can hear music and menu sound effects, but playing isn't possible. Also affects the Serious Editor 2, which doesn't shows fonts.
A patch that has better not released! Why can't I give ZERO?

If you bought SS2 from "Software Pyramide" in Germany, DO NOT install this patch, since it most likely will destroy your game. It will not recognize the CD/DVD after installing the patch, making the game unplayable!

No workie for German CD version at all - Patch 2.070 will render installation unusable due to crappy copy protection integration. No response to serious user problems with that for months. Seriously awkwardly user support from Croteam/2K. No Win2000 compatibility (mouse jumping issue) - there ARE bugs in THAT game :P
Pre-rendered videos on CD version hardly enjoyable. Storyline and looks stereotypically 'Hollywoodized'. Linux development obviously halted - really sad to see for an otherwise pretty good game.

When a small patch includes an entire level editor with all the necessary tools to make Croteam-quality and beyond, it hardly gets better right?
But I think Croteam should have worked more on improving the netcode and other weaker points of the game, like modding. But that can always come in another patch so it's not a big deal.
And let's not forget that Germans are screwed if they update with this patch. I bet they aren't unfamiliar with the wrong disc in drive error message.
All this in consideration, I think this is overall a solid patch, a sieben from me.
